Your use of the Mindloci app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, plus the points below.
Subscriptions
Mindloci Plus is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a 2-year pass that does not renew. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Educational use
Mindloci teaches memory techniques and provides practice. It isn't a medical device, doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and doesn't measure IQ or brain age. Results in the app describe your practice, not your general memory.

What you write in the app is yours and stays on your device.
